This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. This homeowner hired a cheaper contractor to do his patio and masonry work the first time. When we came in to build our pool and masonry work, he realized how bad a job his previous contractor had done for him. So we had to remove most of what the other contractor had previously done. It cost the homeowner double to redo it. This Upland Swimming pool is a Roman-Grecian style with a large baja step and a raised spa with a tiered stone spillway from the spa into the pool. We added a feature pot centered behind the spa, which gives it a nice focal point.
