He ensures each project is expertly designed, properly constructed, and built to the highest standards. One of Gabe’s primary values is his comprehensive knowledge of all construction phases. He focuses on creating buildable designs to avoid the need for modifications or change orders later in the process.

In addition to his pool industry background, Matt has experience in DirectTV and cable installation and is a certified electrician. He also holds a degree in electrical design, bringing advanced technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to every project.

Matt joined Splash Pools as a Service Technician and spent seven years mastering the service side of the business before advancing to Superintendent, a role he has held for the past six years. With over a decade of experience at Splash, Matt is deeply invested in the details of each project. He takes pride in the quality of the work and genuinely cares about the crews who bring each project to life, ensuring excellence from start to finish.

This deep expertise allows him to ensure every pool is built correctly and to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Today, Brian plays a key role in guiding projects from start to finish. He works closely with our crews to ensure schedules stay on track, details are executed precisely, and every project meets Splash’s high standards.

He quickly builds trust by listening closely to each homeowner’s needs and guiding them toward thoughtful, well-designed solutions.

Known for his personable approach and strong communication skills, Rick works closely with clients to develop designs that reflect their lifestyle, priorities, and budget—ensuring every project feels both intentional and exciting from the very first conversation.

Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Bobby takes pride in diagnosing issues accurately and keeping pools operating safely and efficiently. He is an asset to Splash not only for his expertise, but for his honest communication and commitment to doing the job right.

Elizabeth prepares and submits accurate plans to obtain building permits from cities and governing agencies and works closely with engineers to secure required drawings. She coordinates directly with municipal offices to help ensure each project moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

According to her husband, Jeff, Emily’s greatest gift is her ability to connect with every employee and team. She has the biggest heart on the team and is dedicated to keeping everyone accountable while ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of her family’s business, Laguna Mobile Home Park in Yuma, Arizona, where she oversaw daily operations and strategic planning. Emily also serves on the boards of three nonprofit organizations, reflecting her commitment to leadership and community impact.
Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, along with Executive Coaching and Life Coach certifications from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential, find true freedom in Jesus, and build strong, connected families.

He later spent four years at Sparkletts in deliveries before returning to the pool industry to continue specializing in plumbing and electrical work. In 2000, Donnie joined Splash, serving as a Superintendent, Plumber, and Sales professional. His diverse skill set and leadership abilities eventually led him to Chase Southwest, where he worked as Sales Manager in Marketing and later as a Regional Manager.
Donnie ultimately returned to Splash and currently serves as a Superintendent, bringing decades of luxury pool construction experience to every project. Known for his precision and deep technical knowledge, he ensures each build is executed according to plan with accuracy and quality. As a bilingual leader, he communicates effectively with teams to keep projects running smoothly. Donnie also shares a 40-year working relationship in the pool industry with Splash’s Founder, Jeff, reflecting a long-standing commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.
