In 2000, Splash Pools & Construction was founded with a simple but powerful mission: Raising the Standard. We set out not just to build pools, but to redefine what it meant to deliver quality, integrity, and trust in our industry. Since its founding in 2000, the company has built more than 1,900 custom pools — each one reflecting its dedication to craftsmanship, integrity, and community.
Over the years, our mission evolved into what still drives us today: Building Relationships, Not Just Pools. Every project we take on is about more than concrete, water, and tile—it’s about the families and lives shaped around the backyard spaces we create.
Now, as we celebrate 25 years in business, we’re looking ahead with a renewed vision for the future: Bringing Families Together — Making Memories That Last. Because at the heart of every pool we design is the hope that it will be the backdrop for laughter, connection, and cherished moments for years to come.

Splash Pools has always been more than a company—it’s a family. Over the years, many members of our own family have been part of this journey, working side by side to serve the families in our community. That family foundation is part of what makes Splash unique. When we say we understand the importance of home, family, and relationships, it’s because those values are at the core of who we are. Of Splash’s 30 current employees, 12 have been with the company for 15 years or more — a testament to the loyalty, experience, and family-like culture that define the Splash team.
