We recently had the opportunity to remodel this Downey swimming pool and take it from boring to fabulous!
For this swimming pool Downey remodel, we started by adding a raised wall of ledger stone and installing landscape behind that area along the back wall. At the deep end of the pool we added a large rock waterfall and slide, which is now the focal point of the pool. In the shallow end at the pool entrance, we added a baja step (shallow area). Artificial rocks were added in two locations around the pool to blend the style together. The pool plaster was also in need of repair and we replaced it with pebble tec. Surrounding the pool is pre-cast coping and interlocking pavers for the hardscape. There is also a new fire pit for the family to enjoy.
We installed all new Hayward Pool Equipment, including the heater, pump and filter.
